CC-TAPIS AT MIAMI DESIGN WEEK 2025

Miami Design & Art Week 2025 has just come to a close, and we are delighted to have contributed to this vibrant moment for the design community with two projects presented across the city.

Fonderia Fendi by Conie Vallese 

For the centennial celebration of FENDI, Conie Vallese presented Fonderia Fendi at Design Miami, a project that reinterprets Italian craft through a contemporary, feminine lens. Five Italian ateliers were invited to create unique pieces in materials emblematic of Italian tradition. As part of this collective effort, cc-tapis produced a tufted rug designed by Vallese specifically for the installation, translating her visual language into a textile expression that complements the narrative of the project.

M2L Living Gallery 

Throughout the week, M2L refreshed its historic Miami Beach Living Gallery with a curated selection of contemporary furniture and accessories. The presentation featured two textile highlights from cc-tapis: a new colorway of Soft Wood by Bethan Laura Wood, inspired by her research into custom wooden veneers, and Moiré by Objects of Common Interest, a series exploring the shifting patterns found in natural wood grain.
