In this overview you will find information about transit times and prices applied to all shipments.
Your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days from the order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference as the time of delivery depends on the country in which it takes place. Please notice we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We recommend that you consider the following information:
All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
The courier does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery.
If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package one more time. Should the courier not be able to deliver the package on the second attempt, the package will be placed in storage at the local warehouse of the courier (free service) and contact the costumer directly by mail and/or phone to arrange the delivery of the package.
The Customer (or his delegate) is required to check, at the time of delivery of the Products by the courier that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note and that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and / or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified in writing on the delivery note of the Courier. Once the courier's document has been signed without the Customer having raised any exceptions, the Customer may not make any objection about the exterior characteristics of the package delivered.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email confirming the shipping details, along with the tracking number to follow your parcel.
Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations.
The following countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis: Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Canada, Cyprus, Georgia, Republic Of Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we invite our customers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Our Online Store ships worldwide and the shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.
