The handloom craft is a rug-making technique originating in India. Rugs are woven on a horizontal loom, line by line, allowing for exceptional versatility. A wide range of materials can be used, and weavers can create different pile heights and finishes. This technique is ideal for plain rugs as well as minimalist and geometric designs. 

Upon request, this specific rug can also be crafted using the hand-knotted technique.
