Refunds and Returns
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
If for any reason you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at shop.cc-tapis.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in suitable packaging that adequately protects the items during transit. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their damaging during transport due to inappropriate packaging.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date on which the Customer (or his authorized representative on receipt of the Product) physically enters in possession of the Product itself and, in case of distributed delivery, from the day on which the Customer acquires the physical possession of the last Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send by e-mail within 14 days from the reception of the Product a communication that highlights the Customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. This communication must contain the following information:
indication of the Product for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal
order number.

Within 14 days of the withdrawal notice the Customer must return the purchased Product to cc-tapis by sending it to the following address, choosing the most appropriate shipping method to the value of the Product:

The costs for returning the Product to cc-tapis will be borne by the Customer.
The Customer is solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from a handling of the Product other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. After receiving the returned Product, cc-tapis will contact you by e-mail, confirming if the return has been accepted and issue a refund. Returns which do not respect the conditions above or with missing or incomplete Customs documentation will be refused and returned to the Shipper.
We will refund the full value of your order, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), within 30 days of receiving the returned order at the cc-tapis warehouse and after having verified that all conditions have been met.
Refunds will be made by cc-tapis with the same payment methods used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed and expressly agreed between the parties and on condition that the Customer does not incur additional expenses against this repayment.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. cc-tapis may suspend the refund until the receipt of the returned Product or, where it occurs before such reception, until the moment when the Customer provides proof of having returned the Product.
