ABOUT THE COLLECTION 

Equally joyful in name and narrative, Doodles Collection is the result of Faye Toogood’s exploration of new styles without boundaries.  

Drawing on tinkering techniques through the employment of off-cuts and appliqued cords, Doodles create collage styled assemblages. Graphic stitching details form curious patterns connecting the playful cut-out shapes through an overarching style of ready-made collage and a unique combination of thick and fine yarn with hand-cut pile, creating different heights and textures, from smooth to shaggy.
