As a response to consecutive years of growth, cc-tapis opened its new Headquarters in 2022. This space not only hosts a growing number of employees and collection of rugs, but also expands the company’s creative possibilities with a brand-new prototyping center.

This creative hub enables cc-tapis to experiment with new technologies and materials, using an advanced robotufting system that offers bespoke solutions and limitless design possibilities. The automated robotufting technology revolutionizes traditional tufting methods, maneuvering a wide range of yarns and enabling diverse shapes and tufting directions without restrictions.

This innovative production facility ensures efficiency and flexibility, allowing cc-tapis to craft unique pieces for for exhibitions, installations, museums and fashion shows, pushing the boundaries of traditional rug-making processes.

Additionally, reflecting a commitment to sustainability, from 2024 cc-tapis utilizes the robotufting technique with innovative Econyl® yarn. This material enables the creation of fully recyclable custom pieces, with fibers that can be regenerated into brand-new nylon yarn, fostering a sustainable, circular production process.
